If you don't even have basic knowledge of bitcoin, how can you be confident enough to hold it for the long term and be ready to DCA whenever bitcoin corrects?
Old investors like us may not feel worried and will feel happy every time bitcoin corrects, that is because we have knowledge and understanding about it, from which we have faith in it. But for a newbie, without knowledge and just following other people's advice, it will never be possible to do that. You and I were newbies once, I think you understand that better than any newbie, how can we trust someone when we know nothing about them? So I also object to the idea of giving investment advice to newbies even if it is bitcoin, instead I think they should invest in knowledge first.
Investing on someone else's advice is no different than gambling; any investment has risks, including bitcoin, and returns will depend on your knowledge, not the type of asset you invest in.
