People tend to panic when they see continues loses , If only most people has the analogy of yours and patience then dump and drops like we are experiencing will be minimize, they don't realize when all or plenty of people panic sell they are one of the cause of the sudden drop of the price of BTC like a domino effect. We can't blame them though if they wan't to cut loses.

I strongly agree. Since the beginning of 2018 bitcoin has been attacked by various kinds of bad news to the ban in several countries. but I still believe there will be a time when bitcoin will rise again with a higher price

- I do not know whether I should believe in what you say or not, a lot of people say bitcoin will soon come back and stabilize, and this I've been hearing for so long, until now, the negativity has remained unchanged. Bitcoin continues to cause chaos and anger to me, believe it too much, believe in predicting the return of bitcoin and what I get is just a meaningless belief, I also want to not worry but the reality is not possible, everything seems to have been pressed to the foot of the wall, the red color on the market is radically shown and bitcoin still so, very depressed 
Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency ,that means it is not controlled by any third party or government . The transaction is fast and send with low fees all over the world . the government and other authorities have been tried to regulate Bitcoin but they have found difficult for them to regulate since they couldn't understand the complex technology behind Bitcoin so to my concept there is no way to get worried about all regulations that the government is going to undertake so I say that Bitcoin will be fine .
If the bitcoin price decrease don't lose hope because its back to the old price like its increase, bitcoin price normally price changing so its okay if the price fall down because other day its going up again. don't give up.

honestly, i don't care what it will be with the bitcoin, i took my money on time. Now just a short time investing making fast money.

I think this technique is usually a positive signal that should work well then the market moves opposite in the opposite direction
Yes bitcoin will be fine because it is only natural in bitcoin to fluctuates due to its volatility and it will recover soon. Bitcoin already shown its potential to the market and to the cryptocurrency world that it can really achieved a price that is very unpredictable.
