You are the only one saying ETH is flawed, but there are dozends of people in Ethereum that are much more clever than you are. They will fix all flaws.
The problem is that the project was started with absurdly unrealistic expectations out of the gate, so even ignoring any show stopper problems that you could categorize as technical glitches to be fixed, it just can't be commercially viable. The fact that you never saw anyone from Ethereum even mention the word "sharding" until long after it had been released, when partitioning would be required for the thing to be used by more than 2 people (yet won't even work and is the antithesis of computational redundancy anyway), is a wtf red flag itself. They're trying to solve LOL Insane computer problems on the fly like it's a fast food restaurant.
