As long as I'm not reliable for them submitting it to early; then I don't have to worry about refunding anyone.

Makes sense, people should see that if they are hovering on the pay page right before a round starts. Will force them to keep an eye on the home page to make sure the new round has begun.

I'm sure the bids will go back up once we know for sure there are no more problems with the MyBitcoin API

I too cannot access the page; I get a 404 Not found error with Chrome. Are we supposed to be getting refunds or is my 2 BTC still in the game?
