Its a shame that scammer nowadays don't even care to make a nice website and buy atleast a proper domain. Maybe adding a little content about how he is going to scam would have attested a couple of fools. But they are lazy scammers so they wont care to add some content to It.

Lazy Russian scammers.The site probably made a kid,he thought buhaha the fools will deposit and i will get rich! xD

But,yes i agree with you the scammer could atleast buy a proper domain and hosting and add some content,if they are trying to scam someone.Such sites with free hosting and domain are popping out daily.
