No they haven't thats option and i think they will not make that available. The only problem i have with the upgraded bitcoin wallet is that we can't spent specific amount with our cold wallet address like before. We have to store our private key in their database to use even a small fund. They should return that function, i feel uneasy to store my cold addresses private key in their database.

I will try Multibit HD it looks like this is some good Bitcoin Core alternative for Linux Debian systems and I not need to download like 40GB data.

Thats definitely a good combination, Multibit HD with Debian Linux system. I myself have Debian with Electrum, but also have Multibit HD installed (only use Electrum) so I have seen it has quite some options and is very newbie friendly regarding security. I think you are safe considering its only you who use this PC.

Once upgraded to beta wallet unfortunately you can not go back to the old version. Your only option is to just create a wallet. Also please be inform that web wallets are not secure so I suggest you use a different type of wallet such as a desktop wallet or an offline wallet

What do you suggest? Bitcoin core requires too much space on hard drive, I  heard about MultiBit HD.

Multibit HD and Electrum 2.x are the most common light wallets for desktops, but there are others[1]. mSIGNA will require a full node, so you might wana stay away from that if you dont want to use core.

By accident I upgraded to the Beta Wallet, now I am unable to sign messages is there any workaround to downgrade or should i just get a new Wallet?

You cant downgreade, but there is a workaround[1]. AFAICT its for advanced users and you will have to handle unprotected private keys.
