I was insisting to send him directly, so there would be proof of transaction
But he told me to save the 2% fees ( for me that only means that he will not load on his account, cause if he load in his account he won't save that 2% fees ) The fees is applied on Sending money on Perfectmoney
and its 0.5% fees for sending from verified account and 2% fees for sending from unverified account

You have 7 hours to sell Perfectmoney e-voucher, how many custumers you have 300 or 500 or 1000? Easy for you. You made big delay between getting info which volume I need for exchange and time when did you send me e-voucher. I think that this 7 hrs you was continuously looking for person who need Perfect money same amount. Not so diffcult to find person who need perfect money, 80% use it for Internet payments.

I have contacted the perfectmoney support that I have been scammed for the 4000 usd PM voucher to know who loaded it and if that possible to be refunded and they Replied that its been loaded on that account : U5422026 ... which username there is : Exchangehere
That account is for a Bloody Russian Guy who work as exchanger also, Hi is called : Gamblesoon

I know that cause I was buying from him moneypak before and stopped business with him cause he accused me that I have scammed him for 300 usd moneypak

so, there is 2 possibilities here :
You are that guy Gamblesoon and trying to spoil my reputation again for a reason I don't know it
OR You were selling that PM voucher to Gamblesoon and he scammed you on it and you thought that I gave you an invalid voucher

I hope you are the second possibility

and I hope the Truth are evident for you all now 

I saw your exchange thread, there too many people who catch you on scam

Listen i dont exchange money for people, so I dont need 100 pm accounts expect you, you load it to your account 100% good trck, I think you dont want to give me nothng but you decide that you can scam more people so you do voucher 10-15 minutes- this info people can look in our chat, fr this time you create voucher and load it

and here is the screenshot of the PM voucher which I puchased for you
and if you compared the time its generated at it, you will find its the same time I gave you the voucher !
( according to the time diffirence of course )
