Hi, I came across an "ultra-rare satellite" of some sort but the screen disappeared before I could finish reading it or click on anything. What was that all about?
This was sent via the in-game mail system (so you should have it in "Mail"):
"A new random event has been added while exploring the Universe, you now have a chance to come across an ultra rare Cryptonium Satellite that will reward you with 50 Asteroids and 1250 Aluminium upon discovering it."

i want to withdraw KTX , seem like need to verify in email , yet the email is in spam , and the message dont have link tu verify .. wht should i do?
Can you forward that email to [email protected] from the email you used to register to the game please.
Edit, your email provider might be blocking links, try moving it out of spam and then clicking on the Verify Withdrawal hyper link. I also sent you another link in case it doesn't show up for some reason.

You are exploring too fast, slow down. <---This is annoying, I play back and forth while playing poker. So I can get a couple quick warps or battles in between plays. People that use bots can just adjust the time between clicks. but live players are suffering.

It should only give you this message if you fail to wait for the next page to load, spam clicking the buttons or hotkeys is harmful to the game and the server so I had to take steps to ease its effects. The Warp button has separate code tied to it that helps slow down botting.
It doesn't completely remove bots or disable them though no, that is impossible for me to do with current technology unfortunately. But slowing down how fast bots can work is one of the options I have available. With the increase in amount of active players each day the server is coming under more and more load. As a result parts of my websites are crashing because other parts are using the resources instead.
Some good news though, I fixed the issue when using hotkeys to leave a fight so it shouldn't give that warning message unless someone spams the hotkey to move.
I understand this has an adverse effect on legit users who play the game as intended but overall the game loads pretty fast for what it contains so the wait is normally less than a second.

The follow updates and/or changes have been made to Dragon Knights of Valeria 2: Universe,
1. Additional anti-bot measures have been added to the Valerian Universe. Traveling too fast through the Universe will trigger this.
2. A new option has been added to the logo settings found under Menu.
3. A new setting has been added to the settings page. VIP3 users and above will now be able to auto build an additional 20% of their max drone storage limit when their drone count falls below 30% and they have enough Credits to cover the cost.

The 20th mission has been added to Valeria at 0,0. Complete this mission by defeating Ancient Fleets while exploring the Universe.
What kind of firepower is need to win against Ancient's.

I can't really answer that, just a lot.
It varies based off of how far into the Universe you are, the ones closer to Valeria will be weaker than those out near the edge, then it varies further when you encounter one as the amount of ships you have to fight changes.

If we upgrade to vip 1 why we can't create more the 10 planets?
Financial reasons, the price of VIP would have to go up to counter the negative impact more planets would bring. There would have to be roughly a $4-5 increase per planet vailable.
An in game item that players could purchase to allow more planets might be a possibility, but it would cost the $4-5 per planet to buy.
