this year is just seven days old and DRAGONCHAIN already maked my year , still believing that this can reach much higher so didn't sold any off 'm , my slumberscore also reach higher every day
Yes, it is a nice new year present. By ICO sales i only did buy 1 ETH because needed funds for stupid Antminers D3. Dragon heald all my losses. I sold 30% just to spread my risk (DRGN are my biggest asset for now). The 70% of dragons are resting for a long time now in my core cave.

Read their whitepaper, but still dont understand what is dragonchain. Am i right, that they want to make platform for other blockchains like ethereum?

As far as I know, it is very expensive to be listed on Binance, and getting votes to be listed is the only way, I think this coins may be listed on next round of votes.
If you look the history of the Community Coin Vote of the Month, you will see that getting in the top 3 will also result in a listing on Binance. It seems that the vote is a prediction of which coins will bring to most volume to Binance.
Here seems a bit cold for a coin that is mooning this way in coinmarketcap
