current block 13079....13 million coins have been mined already! what will be the cap for this coin now?
Yea - we have to reduce the POW, there will be way to many coins. I will work on this

86 million would be way too much !! It needs to be fixed at the earliest.
Hi Trademark, I believe the block reward will be 1000DRMs all the way. I have send the Altcoinguys a letter and asked explanation for the 10x amount of coins. At the moment the Dreamcoin Ecosystem does not hold enough coins to provide 10x return, but I will figure out a way to achieve this. Worry not brave Dreamers, the future belongs to the ones with courage to believe and heart to share.
Hi Tomi. It's good to see that you will be trying your best to make things right. Not sure how you'll be able to accomplish it though. Unless you're planning to give away a large amount that you may or may not have.
Also, what is the block rewards structure? Will it be reduced soon? If it stays at the current amount, the total amount will be way more than 18.5 million by the time it hits block 86400. Anyways, good luck to you and DRM.

Hi Trademark - and everyone. I just founded out yesterday myself (that the POW is 18.5 million). This means that all the original Dreamcoin holders should get 10x the amount they signed for in the rebirth form (earlier this year). I will do everything in my power to make this happen. I think ending the POW now is not good idea since I cant even reach the Altcoin Guys at the moment.

This means that all the original Dreamcoin holders should get 10x the amount they signed for in the rebirth form (earlier this year). I will do everything in my power to make this happen. I think ending the POW now is not good idea since I cant even reach the Altcoin Guys at the moment.

As much as I support DRM, this is a major issue for previous dreamers. It pretty much makes our old DRM's worth 1/10th of what it is now. Not saying that it's all your fault but it should of been caught before the launch. Not sure how many total coins there are now but is it possible to end the POW early?

Hi Kondiomir, I asked the Altcoin Guys to make us coin with 1.85 Million coins, but it seems they made us a coin with 18.5 Million instead.
This is the info: 6. Block number when POW ends : 86400 blocks
(Roughly 2 months worth of POW, based on 60 second block time)
We are now at about block 5600 so still far to go

Hi Tomi. Congrats on the launch. I noticed the OP states that there are 18.5million total coins. Is that a mistake? Before DRM was only 1.85million.
That x11 Dreamcoin is gone now - we relaunched as x13. This thread is the only valid one, welcome bit1!

Hi Bittamak and Collegestudent, welcome aboard ! We will advance slowly, but firmly - this is the Dreamcoin strategy. Near future developments are binding the coin to land, and work. Cryptoexchanges like Bittrex are not at the moment priority number one.

Hope this coin would be as successful as FLY (which got rebranded from ROS). Also, I have started mining DRM. 
Good to see the coin is back with a committed developer. Any plans to have this coin on to other exchanges?

Is your IP address using port forwarding to where your machine is? (i.e. if your machine with the client is in a local network, you need to configure your router so that all connections on the Dreamcoin port are redirected to the client, otherwise there is no way we can see it from the outside).
