It was an Instagram campaign not a Bitcointalk campaign. The team posted the campaign on the community telegram group. I think someone from the community posted a link to the challenge here on Bitcointalk. It’s unfortunate you missed it.

Yes you are right that dreamr project is basically based on crowdfunding to help its users to fulfill their dreams but seriously if dreamr platform team doesn't raise money for themselves then how would they are going to make money for platform's expenses.

I think the important thing is for them to raise money for themselves which they are doing through tokensales, just like every other project out there and once they achieve their target, they can build up their brand but the question shouldn't be about them raising funds for themselves because that's what they intend to do and once they realize that and have the needed community, they can get the intended funds needed by an individual or group of individuals

Its not based on crowd funding to help raise money for other projects. The main aim of dreamr is to bring in dreamers to share and collaborate on their dreams. It is sole purpose is to create a community where dreamers alike can leverage on and build. Your project must have to pass a landmark before the crowd fund access is given to you and you team.

Thank you for this confirmation, I was sceptical initially about the information since we didn't get to see it on the thread. I'm glad that dreamr project is consistently working to promote the platform and give the community something to be excited about. Promotions like this should be encouraged and continuous to keep the community active.

Like I said, it would be great if the team do more of these challenge on other social media platforms where they have a presence.
I think they choose to host the first challenge on Instagram because they had more followers on Instagram. Next might be twitter and telegram.

I am highly elated with the situation of the market. It reminds me of the end of the year 2017, when the value of most cryptocurrency began its bull run suddenly. The bull run was massive as it beats every speculation on ground and more speculations were made after the previous one was outperformed.

It's going to be a real battle and Victory surpassing 2017 period and trade height. A lot of speculation but non is looking to be true or real. Let's face it a lot need to come in place to have a feel of what we had in 2017

I like the fact that you said it's gonna be a real battle not that it is impossible. If there's anything I have learned from cryptocurrency it's that anything is possible and anything can happen at that moment when you are not expecting. I think 2017 can happen again, I just don't know how and when.

It's quite funny that we have come a long way but it seems we're actually going backwards. I was thinking that by now bitcoin should have surpassed the alt of $20,000 which was experienced in 2017, but it's yet to even get above $15,000. This year is even better than last year where we barely saw a $10,000.

Chiniese positive veiw on the blockchain and its advantages is really fascianting news for crypto market. All potential and strong projects will get some sort infulence from this news which will eventually make the project successful.

The Chinese government seems to be ahead of other countries in the world. The country has been making so much impact in science and technology, inspiring several engineering projects and now they're almost ready to utilise blockchain technologies. Its saddening that most government are seeing blockchain as a threat instead of an opportunity which it is.

Wow, I'm just getting to hear this for the first time. The contest was not well promoted as it wasn't posted on the thread and I didn't get to see the notification on their tweets. All I can say is that the event was a great source of promotion to the dreamr project and more events like this would be helpful to the project.

That's great that they are that kind of contest that make their supporters more active and alive again I hope they do it again or frequently so many people will participate in, and so I can join too. I will wait for their further announcement about that I'm very regretful that I don't know about it.

We're yet to get a confirmation of the validity of this information, nobody has supported the claim which means that it may not be true. But not withstanding, I find the strategy very interesting and would suggest that it should be continued to give more persons an opportunity to share their dreams and thereby promote the platform.

I agree with you, there's a huge possibility that dreamr project would benefit from the upward movement in the value of several cryptocurrencies. The bullrun has been known to be very effective in increasing participation of investors in tokensales. I do hope that this would help to bring the actualization of the softcap speedily.

I think the only people that gained are those who could sense the rise when the market was dumping the day before. I wished I had bought some more tokens.

That's a good point, some persons must have made some purchases few days to the massive pump and that would have made a significant profit considering the fact that there was a good percentage of reduction in value of several cryptocurrencies before the pump. I was fortunate to purchase some NEO tokens and was surprised to see a 50% increase today. Am still expecting more increase as the market is still bullish.

There was no incentive attached to the purchase made by early investors in this present round of the STEO. I remember the tokens were sold for $0.25 and no additional tokens was attached to any investor. We may see some incentive for the subsequent rounds as the the first round would be over in less than 72 hours.

Alright, thanks for the clarification but i think it should be something that should be considered in order to create that atmosphere of appreciation because without the early investors, there won't have been any investment in the first place, so such is needed, the outcome of this project depends on the community of users, which is a critical point to consider

Infact, I was surprised when I got to know that investors were not given any form of incentive. I know its an uncommon practice which leaves me wondering what might be the reason for the teams decision to tow this path of zero incentive. I only hope that the team would be willing to reconsider their decision in subsequent rounds.
