No i don't spend coins in real life, the reason is that in my country there is no shop or company who will recieve payment in the form of bitcoin.

Yes topping up my phone is not something i have yet done using bitcoin, what service do you use to do this and is it available world wide?

You can try bitrefill.com for mobile top ups as it is the best and trusted site and it is operating in 143 countries so I am sure you can make best use of it.

Here in my country in coins.ph you can also use bitcoin for buying mobile top ups and also you can use it to pay your utility bills.
But as of now, I stopped using it for a while.

I really agree. Saving is really one of the great things but we need to make sure that the one we are saving have great exposure to other people. If the coin circulate, this will make the economy of bitcoin healthy. Healthy in a sense that there is a new coin that next adopter can buy and use. The process repeat until lots of new comer join bitcoin. So to help this idea, i do spend BTC in real life.

from your post, i can get a more knowledge if the region of covering bitcoin area becomes important. many times some people always getting the problem with this. but using online it relies again on the region. in my country, it's impossible using bitcoin for online.

Mee to dont have lot of bitcoins but i still use them in real life.Not much but i use them for small mobile recharges and also sometimes i use them to make some deposit in neteller for gambling purpose.If i had more then may be i will use them in other things as well.

no i never use it but now i have a plan and the plan is to use it first through internet. and then i am going to search a shop in my area even in any other city so that i can do buying mean shopping from there in bitcoin. i think it will really give pleasure and i will enjoy it more.
