I spend bitcoin in my real life but for limited stuffs only since not much merchant accepted bitcoin yet. It'll be much interesting if I could use bitcoin to buy my daily necessity. And I am sure in the near future the number of offline merchants that accept bitcoin as an alternative payment will increase.
Not much merchant accepting bitcoins in most of the countries and same with mine as well but still i am able to use bitcoins in the online world which is a part of our daily life doing online shopping and paying bills are the things i used to do with my bitcoins.

If you cannot spend them directly then you can convert it to fiat and then spend and if you want to avoid conversion fees then you can start using bitcoin debit or credit card for shopping.

You can do this but its not directly and it also do not feel like spending them in real life, I think that spending them in real life is way nicer and the fact is that its directly would be nice.
I hope that I can do this in the future in my area.

Then you won't be spending it directly anyway, The main topic is about physical locations taking bitcoins... I guess that's the main difficulty since not many physical locations taking BTC.
So if there is no place to spend them directly so we should not spend them with other options that we have? On one hand everyone wants to see higher price of bitcoin and on other hand no one is willing to spend their coins, in that case how will price go higher?

 BTC becomes more valuable when:

1. People hoard BTC
2. Mining becomes more & more expensive
3. More countries adopt / allow it / relax laws
4. More people learn about & use BTC
5. More merchants use it
6. New apps make it easier & safer to use
7. When I buy dinner with BTC at www.foodler.com
 etc....etc...etc...

I don't not because I don't like the concept "I would find it amazing if I can buy coffee for BTC for example" but because there is no shop or store accepting BTC in my whole area, I hear there are few in the UK and some in Russia but none here locally, if you mean if I use BTC on real life items after exchanging them, Then sometimes..

The stores which accept the bitcoin has increased recently. The Steam is the biggest example of that kind.

No, i'm not. Because there is no shop around my are that accept bitcon, so i can't spend my bitcoins on real life. I need to exhange my bitcoins into fiat first to spend my coins.

Same thing happening to me too over here as there is no single store known over here that accepts Bitcoin as a means of payment coupled with the assumptions that anyone dealing with Bitcoin is working in the underworld. So, I am faced with the only option of converting to FIAT before even been able to spend on basic things going through the hurdles of several exchangers and risk of getting scammed.

In real life you can still not use them for now and there is still no stores locally are accepting bitcoin locally..
So you can still use bitcoin but you need to exchange your bitcoin into fiat before you can use and spend your coins in real life..

I have spent Bitcoins for recharging my mobile. I have an idea of buying electronic gadgets in online websites using bitcoins. It would be very easy for me if all shopping malls start accepting bitcoin as a payment method.

I honestly do not really spend any bitcoins in my real life but this is simply because of the fact that there are no shops in my area.
If there was a shop in my area I would for sure buy something with the bitcoin!

Yes I spend bitcoin in real life because it will change your life. Bitcoin is referring to money in which you can help your parents specially in financial problem and if you have your own family you will savings for the future.

Yes bitcoin has made us financial stable and it has also made us financially independent and we are supporting our parents financially which is the best feeling, every month I send money to my parent's bank account so that they can take care  of their basic stuffs.

I think so too, because bitcoin in itself is an investment so if you have bitcoin invested as bitcoin you can stand to make even more and while you buy and sell things with bitcoin yopu dont need to exchange for anything because your investment with bitcoin is what you use to pay for things then make a quick profit and put it back into bitcoin. Also it allows us to make easier investments in altcoins.

I want to spend some Bitcoin in real life but I do not have any Bitcoin to spend, I am just starting with Bitcoin. I hope that I can make some money with it because I have heard some good things.
You can earn bitcoin in time for the meanwhile just learn more about btc and find ways to earn.
to be able to spend my btc i have to convert it in fiat first because its rare to see stores accepting it but i heard about bitcoin debit card my friend also convince me to have it so i will definitely get one.

Bitcoin debit/credit cards are the best option available at a moment to spend bitcoins at any physical place you want and for that you don't have to convert your bitcoins to fiat which will save your conversion fees.

You did spend it by encashing  it in the form of fiat money or let  us say you bought fiat money with you bitcoin, or you can say it this way, you sold your bitcoin for fiat money in order to buy something in real world.  but you see fiat money is an item in real world, so using / spending your bitcoin to have money (item in  real world) means you do spend bitcoin in real life.
