Soon it will be, and I think to be able to use their coin they should go through initial coin offering (ICO) so people should use and circulate the coins. I don't really think they could circulate coins through banks and of course people around the world are willing to invest the first state backed Cryptocurrency.
If they launch their ICO then definitely I'm gonna invest surely for DubaiCoin. If it's backed by their government or state owned bank then definitely it will surpass top Altcoin market capital thia year due to it's popularity and will probably dominate as the first state owned cryptocurrency coin in the world.

This is massive. This looks like it will be the go to platform in the Middle East.
It has a less than 20m market cap - yes you heard that right LESS THAN 20 MILLION with all those partnerships. Its only really on super small exchanges Cryptopia and Livecoin.
This will change as they have built their own exchange PALMEX which will offer the DBIX/DUBAI DHIRAM fiat pair
I have seen this coin since the summer but only just looked into it with more scrutiny and cannot for the life of me believe what I have found.
I feel like this is buying the equivalent of Neo at a dollar.
If there is one coin I would buy into and keep for the next 3 years I think this is it especially when you see the roadmap and Smart Dubai initiative coming in 2020.
