I am pretty sure sometime in the next 90 days or so this fee will be raised to 250Sats/byte which will be at least $1 to send a medium type of transaction.
This is the reason why we need SegWit activated because this is getting ridiculous.
Is totally not helping as well for make a fast block taken. Sumbit TX's like a nonsense and wasting time.
We just need to patient for a block, If we would to taken fast block on next block, just advance fee transactions.
