I think the team of duckdice is busy fixing the issue or The site of duskdice is down and i think its DNS problem or maybe the site is in DDOS attack.. like other said better to move your site into a better hosting that can protect your website from any ddos attack also use the cloudflare to monitor and see whats going on with your site and protect your site for any malicious activity in your site..
