We'll read an update tomorrow or the next day if he did not post anything then we can conclude that it's been resolved, the majority of those who opened accusations usually post many times daily to bump the thread and to attract attention to his accusations, it's a good suggestion that the representative of Duelbits update us if OP cannot or will not update this thread, some complainants to get back from the hassle they've gone through keeps the thread open to get back on the casino which is not right of course.
I agreed because it shows that the OP opened her account to complain about the issue she's experiencing on the casino in the subject and if she chooses not to log in to her account or update us about the issue its a sign that she has gotten her fund
Nevertheless, to avoid future complications on the casino's reputation due to the incredible backlink of this forum, it will be wise if the casino representation to say something about the issue.

do we have anywhere any statement from Duelbits regarding this case?
There's a single statement even when the OP talks about it on their ANN thread.

The OP created his account on 11th September 2022 and last posted on 12th September 2022. Maybe this has been resolved, we do not know and we have heard one side of the story. It would have been better if the Duelbits forum representative had posted here but either way as the situation currently stands in my opinion calling this a scam accusation at this stage seems premature.

it is very possible that the op will not come back here again, he just came to complain and has no interest in the forum or to give us complete information about the state of the case.

If it were me, I would give more time than that on the basis they have been in contact with the OP addressing the issue. If the Duelbits representative posts here, after reading what they have to say about this issue maybe will contradict what the OP is telling us. I hope the issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

If 48-72 hours had passed then OP's post would have been acceptable. I think he can't keep his patience because his withdrawal is stuck in Duelbits. He should have waited if he had kept in touch with support team. Another thing the OP needs to remember is that today is Sunday, so maybe there has been no progress in resolving this complaint. Hope Dulebits comes up with a proper solution to OP's complaint.

you seem to be overprotective of Duelbits here. recently there were two cases where the whole thing lasted longer than three weeks, if I remember correctly, even then you thought it was too early to complain.
honestly, I don't think there are any elements of attempted fraud by Duelbits here, but you JollyGood seem to lose your sharpness because you are in their campaign.

There is no lack of sharpness on my part and I am not overprotective of Duelbits. I look at most scam accusations with skepticism when made against

The primary concern I have is I will not want to associate my reputation with any scam and since I am wearing a Duelbits signature I have a duty both moral and ethical to take an interest in any scam accusation against Duelbits.

Apart from this scam accusation there have been two others that I can recall.

If memory serves correct, Duelbits were in contact with the OP yet he opened a scam accusation after 7 or 8 days of his contact with them. They completed their checks and released the funds to the OP: [SOLVED] Duelbits Casino does not want to confirm my KYC - withdrawal not paid

And this case, he admitted stealing from Duelbits and he admitted he had no case against them and even went as far as to lie about family members having cancer. After being caught out he aplogised but he did not return the amount close to $20,000 he stole from Duelbitsduelbits.com (solved)

In this case, I think the OP decided to open a scam accusation after around 36 hours of not being able to withdraw. Since his screenshots have not been posted here to make them visible to everybody, I am posting here:

OP, I would say that they are suspicious because you had two withdrawals in a very short period of 16 minutes. if you did not break their rules, I believe that there will be no problem with the payment. although that's what many people said here, in the end, it turned out that they had multiple accounts or that they were abusing some error on the platform.
I agree with the previous suggestion that you contact them via the account here or point them in their ANN thread to these accusations.

Whoops! Sorry, am new here and kinda used to reddit and wrongly assumed that quoting was acceptable and I guess I didn't see that, thanks for sharing. Will be sure to keep in mind going forward!

however, it is not mandatory to reply to every post here, we try to be as constructive as possible.

what assistance exactly? I know it is frustrating being kept in the dark(which I really disagree with being done to gamblers even though I am not the one being affected) but at the moment there's really nothing you can do but wait. I've seen this happen multiple times(not just with duel bits) where gamblers would need to wait several days before getting any response from the gambling site.

In a few other posts on this forum where this happened, someone had a colleague at Duelbits who appeared in the forum and somewhat assisted with reaching the resolution. Or if anyone else has been in this situation, some advice on how it played out would be appreciated.

yeah, but the difference between your case and the one you shared is that the OP in that thread has been waiting for almost a week. anyway, you can try contacting the user ScamViruS shared or you can post your concern on their ANN thread and share a link of this thread to the post you'll create on their thread.

I didn't know I had to wait a full week to post here - per Duelbits KB, this takes 12 and sometimes up to 24 hours. We're now entering 48 hours without any timeline towards a resolution, and the vague answers and lack of transparency are what led me to posting here in hopes of reaching some resolution.

But I will definitely take your suggestion on posting on the ANN thread, thanks!
It sucks that your funds are being held from you but please stop breaking forum rules and making posts back to back to back to back. Reply to everyone in 1 post.

Not trying to be a prick, just think if you want the forum to try to help you should try to know the rules of that forum you are asking help from.

If you haven't broken any rules then I don't think you have anything to worry about. Since they said they will investigate your account, give them enough time to do everything right. Their representative is on this forum, you can also contact him/her for quick response.

Also - I did try to message the rep on here but because I'm new, they aren't accepting my messages D:

Waiting for something good. When an account is under review, it usually takes the investigation team's time to investigate everything. His withdrawal is of good amount, due to which he may not be able to keep patience. I asked Op to contact Dulebits representative, although that representative is offline since 09 September 2022. I don't see any problem with Dulebits here, as they told the OP to wait while the team is working on his problem.

If all what the OP has mentioned is accurate, I sympathise with him but why is this incident or event even posted about in the Scam Accusation board when only around 40 hours or so have passed. It is not as though there is silence on part of Duelbits, they have been in touch, for now at least the OP needs to have patience.

Hi All -

This is unfortunate to be writing this - on 8 September, I made the switch from Stake to Duelbits after getting another measly level up reward and decided to give Duelbits a go. My Duelbits username is ImPoor.

On 10 September, I won some money (after losing thousands) and previously was able to withdrawal 2x without issue (see screenshots below). After a long session, I was in the green and attempted to withdrawal $4.5k across 2x transactions but they were stuck in Processing... to which I immediately contacted support who stated my withdrawal was being investigated but Support continues to refuse to give me any reason or ETA.

I did not break any rules, TOS, cheat, or do anything wrong. My winnings are legitimate and it seems to me it's no problem to lose money to Duelbits, winning ANY money and attempting to cash out seems to be a problem.

It has been 36 hours since I've attempted to withdrawal from Duelbits and I still don't have any ETA or explanation as to what is going on. There is no transparency into what caused this, nor what the process is and how long until I'll have access to my winnings. $4.5k is a drop in the bucket for Duelbits and I don't know why they would be willing to risk their reputation on such a small amount.

Consequently - I work in cybersecurity as a blue-teamer - anomaly detections and technical investigations are my bread and butter. I get it - new account with winnings, it might've triggered an alert (this is the only likely scenario I can think of as to what would cause this chain of events). I understand that this may happen from time to time to ensure the integrity of the platform but to go 36+ hours without access to my funds without an explanation or ETA is absurd.

I've even offered to KYC but was told that KYC was not required.

I have included screenshots below. Any assistance anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
