However your bets are fair and it does not involve any cheating but the information may come from outside. Accounts limit are pretty normal to every casino esp. if you reached that limit due to regularly betting. But this is only a timely limit, a monthly  or weekly, depends. I don't think there's something you can do but to ask their support to increase your  account's limit in any way they approve like depositing xxxx amount or what if possible.

If they suspect anything from this account, it's just normal to do it. And once everything is cleared out, they could just lift the bet limit (if the user is not cheating), or probably penalized the account if he was proven to be fraudulent.
