They did not state the exact reason why you violated their terms which led to your suspension from them. At the same time, you didn't tell us all the details, what exactly you did when gambling with them. I've seen gamblers post similar cases against duelbits before, a lot of them got asked for KYC and a lot of them waited days or weeks, sometimes months for their issue to get resolved. anyway, as far as I know, a lot of the issues being posted against them are being resolved(at least the ones where the gambler has not broken the gambling site's ToS), so perhaps be more patient, I know waiting can be frustrating but give them time.

This happened to me too last year, i won 4-5 bets on NBA, total around 250-300$ maybe

They asked me for kyc, and i completed it.

They paid me and reduced my limits, took like 2 days maybe

So rest assured ,ushould be paid,as long as u pass kyc and dont break other TnC

It’s case to case basis and KYC usually took more than a week to be approved. The duration of approval will rely on what’s they are currently looking to your account. You can expect less time of approval if your account doesn’t have any violation in the ToS but expect worst if you share IP with other user that playing on same casino because your funds will surely freeze.

If you are confident that you don’t violate their terms then just give them a couple of days and weeks to verify your KYC. Asking the live support for update won’t speed up the process since there’s a different department handling verification. This issue still doesn’t categorized scam accusation since casino terms stated that ToS is required in the future so this is standard procedure which you agree upon registration unless it’s more than a week without any replies.
