I've sent a DM on duelbit's account just now, let's hope he can help us advance with this case by connecting us with the support team and/or will notify their forum account's operator to go back online. Will inform here once there's a development from my side.

@holydarkness Thank you very much, you are a good person who made the world a little fairer, my legal funds are in my wallet. thank you, +rep.

I'm glad you can get your fund. As it is solved, perhaps you can mark it as solved and lock the thread? To mark it as solved, you can simply edit the thread title [accessible through editing the first post] and add "Solved" or the likes. The button to lock a thread is at the bottom left of the page.

Does anyone know if duelbit's official account is just this one, last active on 2 August, or is there other representative that I can invite to this thread? If there were none, I'll try to reach them through telegram, I think.

Honestly, I do not know

what do  you mean blocked?
are u unable to login now?

Were  u able to pass the kyc verification or is it still pending?

If kyc is still pending you can only wait as sometimes they may take upto a  week,  hopefully you receive an answer asap

If the users can take some necessary steps by following the directions given unto them by the gambling casinos, there won't be any experience of related matters, but why am surprised at this is that, OP only experience a delay which not not totally a denial on his withdrawal request, this means he could have been too forward by not being patient enough to see what their response may be at the end.

The latest update of OP's situation was posted here, with attached screenshot showing that he heard back from duelbits, got informed that his account has been blocked for violation of ToS. The quoted image was made visible on this post.

guys tell me what should I do? they just blocked my account, are their representatives even sitting here?

I registered and placed bets, I provided all the evidence of the game,

What you have presented here is only your communication with them and the deposit/withdrawal page. Can you point out where you posted the bets you placed, if possible screenshots would be best. Otherwise, everything is guesswork.

[...]

I think his entire bets are the ones on these screenshots. It didn't have another page, and the date of bets matched his deposit and withdrawal history; made after 1 October, 22:10, and before 15 October, 23:44.

I did not dare to violate anything.

We heard this many times here, but later it turned out that it was different.
It's a little unbelievable to me that a casino like Duelbits spends a lot of money on promotions and excludes fair players because of $392.

https://imgur.com/a/4sWirNV I'm just shocked, look what they said. This is certainly crazy. Apparently they just don’t want to give away the winnings, it would be interesting to know why they did this, I didn’t violate anything, but they did it.

Quoting for image visibility.

OP, for the next time, can you upload your image through talkimg? It's a platform made by an established user of the forum to cater forum's image hosting needs, it'll be very much more convenient for others to help quoting your image for visibility.

Jumping in to above conversation, OP, this is your first and only account on DuelBits? You don't have any account on it before, and you're accessing from allowed countries?

Yes, this was my first time playing duelbits and I was playing in a legal country.

They did not state the exact reason why you violated their terms which led to your suspension from them. At the same time, you didn't tell us all the details, what exactly you did when gambling with them. So it is very difficult to come to a final conclusion about what happened here, and therefore any help.

As I said earlier, you do not seem like an ordinary user as you present yourself, because you withdrew several times, shortly after you just registered.
What are you talking about? What was I giving up? Where am I hiding some facts? What should I tell you? I registered and placed bets, I provided all the evidence of the game, I did not dare to violate anything. I wouldn’t write here if I did, but I played honestly.

I've seen gamblers post similar cases against duelbits before, a lot of them got asked for KYC and a lot of them waited days or weeks, sometimes months for their issue to get resolved. anyway, as far as I know, a lot of the issues being posted against them are being resolved(at least the ones where the gambler has not broken the gambling site's ToS), so perhaps be more patient, I know waiting can be frustrating but give them time.

@OP

This happened to me too last year, i won 4-5 bets on NBA, total around 250-300$ maybe

They asked me for kyc, and i completed it.

They paid me and reduced my limits, took like 2 days maybe

So  rest assured ,ushould be paid,as long as u pass kyc and dont break other TnC

Bitcoin makes the world go 🔃
after They have been ignoring me for 2 days, and then I found a topic somewhere on this forum where they had not withdrawn money to a player for more than 3 months. Apparently I'll be the same?

It’s case to case basis and KYC usually took more than a week to be approved. The duration of approval will rely on what’s they are currently looking to your account. You can expect less time of approval if your account doesn’t have any violation in the ToS but expect worst if you share IP with other user that playing on same casino because your funds will surely freeze.

If you are confident that you don’t violate their terms then just give them a couple of days and weeks to verify your KYC. Asking the live support for update won’t speed up the process since there’s a different department handling verification. This issue still doesn’t categorized scam accusation since casino terms stated that ToS is required in the future so this is standard procedure which you agree upon registration unless it’s more than a week without any replies.

[...] but you also made mention from your post above that they require from you KYC but you didn't continue in sharing more lights on that if you actually provided them or not.

They are delaying my withdrawal after the kyc request I went through. And judging by other topics on their forum, this is usually the case for them

I understand that your KYC request is still under review and not marked as passed yet? On that case, they're not delaying your withdrawal, I am somewhat sure that if you did nothing wrong and your KYC passed their verification, you'll get your withdrawal processed. In the mean time, please have a little bit more patience.
