Hey all, short update from my side. As I didn't get any replies back (not via mail or live chat), I went again into livechat and they just said that I breached some terms and conditions and I am not eligible anymore for all promotions. I need to say, I am very disappointed in the decision and the also quite disappointed in their costumer service. The only hope I have is that the representative on this forum comes online again and can check my account.

We all get the chance rate to win based on the amount that we risk in the casino. Do you still have correspondence with the chat employee? It may be useful to the guys from duelbits who monitor this topic. By the way, I am now also sometimes forced to use a VPN, because without it I would not be able to participate in the hunt for golden eggs. In our country, the stupid government blocked Twitter, so without a VPN, I simply would not have a text with the ticket ID, and I could not send a tweet either. I even wonder if I will also be suspended from participating in all promos on duelbits because of this.

And its strange that I was ask to do captcha first before I can enter the website in every browser that I will login my account. This is my first time to open again my account after a few days though. Anyone experiencing this right now or the problem is with my account . I still didn’t try with VPN but I want to check first if this error is for all.
Working fine on my end and with the duelbits animated logo appearance the site is loading well.Try to delete the cache sometimes the problem is with it or some network connectivity issues if you are not using VPN at the time.Is it not loading on any of the browser? Just refresh once and check because it's working on my end.The same with me its works fine most of the time i guess in the internet connection or having too much cache with your browser its good to clear too sometimes, if you don't want to you can use the ctrl + f5 for the hard refresh, if you are using a VPN most of the time its the network with the VPN might get too much time to load all the assets of the website.

I experience this too sometimes. In my case, I just restart my internet modem and the captcha verification is already removed. There’s an instruction too on the bottom part of the captcha verification that you need to install a certain google extension to avoid experiencing this same problem. I don’t experienced anymore this problem after that tweak so I hope it will work on you. Duelbits is working fine at my end too. Just claim my 5 free spin again!

Yeah, but sometimes even with less amount of wagering and tickets, sometimes the gambler are lucky to win a big prize in a promotion. I would say that luck does play a part in winning big.
