The leaderboard bonus has just started few days ago, let it run for several weeks first (testing) and if duelbits think that it is worth enough to add more money in the prizepool then I'm sure they will add more paid places. In case adjusting the current prize pool from 5 to 10, I think it will be too low prize for those who are wagering decent amount of money.

We don't really know because even if you have a lot of money, if there's a free money waiting for you then you'll aim for it secretly.
