I am not solely blaming Duelbits for my losses. However I do believe that they should have some responsibility here. Yes they NOW close my account saying we have to close your account cos we know you're from Australia. They knew this already. What they did not know that before? Here is one email where I clearly state where I am from and ask them about VPN usage. I am trying to attach the screenshot of email but I can't for some reason

Yes, I know the support available 24 hours but when you don't find any information about reward each time you are rank up that would make everyone doesn't know about their reward.

They did it in your interest because you were interested in stopping yourself from losing more, so they permanently stopped you by closing your account. But if you are an addict, you already know that you will go back to some other website today, tomorrow or maybe some other day and will start gambling again. You should look for your behavior when you are trying to figure out how to fight an addiction, instead of looking for theirs.

Sad story and it raises logical questions to you: Do you take any action to stop gambling? You could simply pass the login and password from your account to someone else so that you simply don’t have access to it anymore. Shouldn’t you have some kind of trustee who should control your funds? You can always create an alternate account, but it would be useless if your funds were controlled by someone else. I do not think Duelbits is to blame for this, as it could be any other gambling site.

Actually loved it and it was all that was missing so far I felt. I got the email about the VIP program and I checked it immediately and I was curious how the new VIP system looks like.

Although I haven't wagered and leveled up yet but I really liked the system with the instant, weekly and monthly bits. Lets see who actually reaches the Ace level first and I wonder if there are players who already accomplished a lot of levels.

One thing I would suggest adding is information like how much wager is needed for each level because trust me as someone who often chases VIP levels, it feels great to have that information.

Ofcourse those are different. There's an instant bonus, weekly, and monthly also. I believe that does rely on how much you wager within the week/month.

For me, it seems that I'll need lots more to wager before leveling up to diamond. Isn't it better if the wagering amount will be lowered? It's kinda so high as of the moment I guess.

Blaming for a casino for losing your money and using your mental illness as excuse to convincing Duelbits to recover your loss is very childish. You should read carefully there ToS before you play and blame here because all your concern is stated there including your responsibility for your loss. I deeply feel sorry about your loss if your sickness is true but don't expect that they will give back your money because this is business. In case you won big amount, Will you give it back to the casino for same reason?

I don't know if it is right dor you to blame Duelbits because of your huge losses. I really am sad and feels bad for you. It's tour sole responsibility to manage your self from gambling, but I see it's not easy since you're addicted into it. I'm not a big gambler but everytime I lose big money(for me) I feel awful and regretful if some of my gambling acts sometimes. Just today, I lost ~$800, it's sad but it's part of it, winning and lossing.

For me, I think you should focus on regaining yourself, it is not the end of everything for you. Try rehabilitations and be more sociable to others, that would help. For a little while, if you can, try not thinking much about gambling.

As previously I have reached out to no avail and people on here just want to sit and bag me out without understanding my full situation is fine but Duelbits also don't discuss with me so I will openly discuss this. I have a gambling addiction. I live in Australia where online casinos are not allowed to provide services. I suffer from mental health issues which means sometimes I may come off as irrational and as I know sometimes I am prone to self sabotage and finding escapism in unhealthy habits which gambling has been for me at times. During a particularly bad patch last year I joined duelbits casino (I found even though I was Australian this was quite easy) also no I don't expect sympathy I know I am also responsible for my actions but I believe that this casino is also in the wrong here. A week or 2 after joining I emailed them and questioned why they would accept me as an Australian player and pointed out this was not allowed by Australian law for them to offer this service. They then blocked Australia but did not close my account. As anyone who has suffered from addiction knows sometimes you will still try anyway. I emailed again and asked had they blocked Australia which yes they had as a result of my advising them of the laws. I was however advised that I coI dould play at their casino with a VPN. I downloaded a VPN app and resumed doing so. In the multiple occasions that I had discussions with them that I was playing from Australia and how was this legal still my account remained open. I spiralled at this casino. I have suffered agoraphobia since COVID I have been hospitalised on multiple occasions in a psychiatric hospital this past year (no I'm not making this up I am happy to provide medical records) I was receiving electro convulsive therapy treatment for major depression. These past months I haven't left my bed all I have done is wake up and gamble on duelbits. I lost everything I owned. I couldn't stop I have just been destroying myself further and further. I have lost approx 70k in the past 6 months. I now have nothing and am about to lose the roof over my head in the coming days also as a result. I'm not a bad person I am weak clearly. A few weeks ago I had a discussion with Duelbits about their lack of any responsible gaming tools such as loss limits etc. I pointed out that gambling had been an issue for me over the years. Still my account was not closed.Today I finally hit complete rock bottom and I asked them again why did they allow my account to remain open when they knew I was playing from Australia. They danced around the topic, they said they would now be closing my account that they know I am from Australia (more like they know I'm out of money I have several email proofs that they knew I was playing from Australia) They said VPN is banned there and they never said to use VPN I have email from Raven saying I could play using a VPN from Australia. I asked to have a conversation regarding dispute resolution and this request ignored simply just them telling me that they will now be closing my account (like I care by now) now they know I'm from Australia. I have email and chat proofs of all of this and don't believe that they are completely innocent of all wrongdoings here. I've checked it but I think we need more information about every level at least information about how much we need to wager to reach each level and how much is the reward for reaching each level. Good to see that I'm on level 3 at the moment, seems that past wagered amount is counted toward this new VIP system. I also want to know about the weekly and monthly bits reward,  is it  something similar to the one available on Stake where the amount of the reward is based on user's level + user's wagering activity during the week/month?
