Deposit issue happens at other casinos too and it takes time to resolve this. As far as I know financial admin takes care of those issue at a casino. And they don't stay active always cause it happens rarely. That's why it takes longer time. Though I don't know what happened with you at Duelbits.

Check your information item on steam inventory, can be tradable or not.

Not getting skin, but you will get "Gold Coin(USD)" with the same estimation of that CSGO Item. They accept "CSGO Item" as the deposit but cannot withdrawal with "Skin Option", you know Steam limited all trade for CSGO Item to limited gambling activity.
