Well, currently btc is holding at $6,400 level, this is very crucial to see if market can reverse and recover
This $6,000 - $6,400 level is by far the strongest point we have

If we really break to that extent, i believe it might take a very long time unless

1) ETF approval = Approved
Combine with
2) Bakkt Exchange = I believe this is a sign for the institution or big market player to actually get into the market

You are right.I had faced this same issue.But the immediate remidie will be holding .My personal opinion is,
Why should we sell the gold at silver cost?
Which will make us to lose some dollars.The best way to escape from loss is , don't do panic selling at any situation.The trust altcoin is Ethereum,in that too we able to see some negative fluctuations.Hold your coins,the price will surely get back to peak.

Surely prices will not recover in 2018 and ETH will continue to fall. It's too late to cut loss so try to stay calm and wait until 2019 and everything will be fine.

The way the insta-dumps erase all the efforts made for weeks to increase the price is really disappointing, and that just talking about bitcoin, because altcoins and shitcoins are just going down and down with almost no rest. I'm hodling like a spartan for the last months, but seeing that time after time my portfolio goes 30% down to recover just a 10% and make another 30% down in a matter of weeks is total desperation.
