Found a solution for it (or think I did), the problem happens only when using http://adf.ly but if switching to https it gets done correctly. is it possible for you to do that server side? or I'll have to manually do it from my side??
Ok, I changed it. Tell me if it works now for.

It's working for now, no problems yet.

By the way, I was thinking of adding a feature for the extension that allows collaborating on sword forging, it'll work by allowing users to activate sword forging on other users accounts (without providing login credentials). So if someone going AFK for a while, they can leave the event tab open and -hopefully- someone will be nice enough to make him forge a sword.

What do you guys think of it??

Sounds like a good idea.

I checked the adfly problem again but I can't figure out why this is happening your you and not everyone.
I could not find sth on the net, besides one google group convo where one person has the same problem.

Which browser do you use? They talked about chrome and that the problem did not occur within the icognito window.

Actually, I'm using chrome and incognito window as well (don't like to screw history with too many games entries).
The problem isn't too persistent usually, usually closing the window and reopening it solves the problem, but there are times that get me stuck there for an hour or so.
I'm searching for a way to locate and debug this, but exams times so not much to spend online.

I'm using Chrome all the time and never had the issue, even without using the incognito window.
So it's pretty strange that only he has the problem. But if he says he has it, I believe him.

Yea, since it's something with adfly I would like to know what they do there actually. Hope to figure sth out.

Hmm, I have seen some stuff here on the forum but I have not used it. My friend and me, we build everything ourselfs. I wanted to learn PHP and JS, so that was my motivation Cheesy

I removed adfly for now and replaced it with recaptcha until I figure out what is going on. I will test the adfly problem somewhere else, but giving you the chance to continue playing.

Geez guys, you are going nuts on the event Cheesy Pretty good.

Oh, you really didn't have to remove it, already have mined enough to keep me running for the event XD

Do you happen to know if there's a script for a game like this but in JavaScript?? I'm thinking of running my own website as well, it seems fun as a side project.

So there is a problem with adfly. I will have later a look into it and try to find what a solution for this.
An iframe might be a possibility. Have to see.
It is just a bit annoying that some of those sites decided that they can do what they want...

Huh?
Why event counter is showing 378/168?
Edit: Now 390/211
If it shows more you have already reached the todays goal. You are already crafting new swords for the next day Smiley
Seems like it is going pretty good for now Wink

Something is wrong for sure, been trying for like 10 minutes to start mining, every time I click the button I get redirected to http://cut-urls.com/h8by8rp  tried turning off extensions but still same.

Hmm, I can't find any script which might redirect or create pop-unders. We removed the pop-under. I am wondering of maybe on of the ads is going a bit crazy or so.
Is anyone else having the same issue?

Have you tried something stupid like dropping the adfly in an old fashioned iframe to separate it from the page and testing like that.  It does not seem like it would make a difference, but we used that to switch ad services and it caused other issues to go away for some reason.  It can at least give you a little more info about why the issue is occurring, maybe not.

You have to take these things slowly sometimes and do things that make little sense.  Obviously look on the adfly site and see what is happening at that end too.
