'The right to privacy matters'
Guys/Gals: bobsag3 had to take the miners down for 12-18 hours. It could be as many as 24-28 hours, but should be in the lower range.

I'm sorry, I'm apologizing now on behalf of the team. We were planning for an early Jan. move but plans became accelerated and we're moving to the bigger/better location right now.

We'll have word of some compensation worked out with Miner Hosting LLC once they're back online. On the bright side...we're going to have much more capacity and pro employees that are miners and/or IT experts manning the new facility.

well what is the story? been over a day since this has happened and both addresses have a new thing so to speak

they both have this note=  (Eleuthria )

https://blockchain.info/address/19NAwha8LGpRFEBwRgjH5ZMB9YyXeqyY9V

https://blockchain.info/address/13fGQGmb6Xi576ppJTkeXk34yDDRmvxjm4

I have no idea.
Im sitting nex to them... and they are hashing. We may need to swap pools, but im going to shut them off and cold booth them so see if that helps.

A bunch of the bigger hashrate accounts on BTCguild got overpaid yesterday so the balances were set to a negative number and the miners had to mine their way out of a deficit. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.4206229.  My account is paying back positive now. We were also in a time of not so good luck on the pool.  This may or may not be all of the problem with these, but I would bet it would explain some of it.

No BTC sent from pool to R5 wallet on 27th!

Were aware of this, the jupiters are showing that they are hashing and submitting shares but they don't seem to be getting accepted. (by accepted I mean btcguild isn't recognizing them, the jupiters page shows that they are)

.13 BTC in 24 hours
still worker 1 is down Sad
or it's just website shows wrong info?

I can remote into both boxes, and they are still hashing. It must be the moniter.

WORKER 2 HASH RATE       280.986 Gh/s

I just remoted into the boxes... both still happily hashing away. Rebooted them both just in case.

Bobsag3 just restarted that miner but apparently on the web interface that worker is hashing properly.

No news on anyone contacting us to buy our miner at the co-op site. A cross listing on an eBay listing by a vet member that doesn't mind PP could be useful.   Cheesy

Merry Christmas everyone! If you celebrate or don't celebrate this holiday, my toast of good cheers to you and yours is still the same. I'm thankful for our customers and I'm thankful for you co-op members that have helped make this co-op the success it is today by helping us improve things over time and helping one another out with knowledge. 5 months ago I had no idea I'd form the biggest public co-op in the world for BTC mining.

It's an honor to be the founder and co-leader of a co-op full of so many like minded miners, and I'm both humbled by our success and very thankful to have met my co-leaders, which has resulted in round after round of world class values, and a crypto umbrella company founded upon the core of the DZ MC (with the co-op shielded as a sub-company).

Here's to a successful 2014!

24 HOUR BTC 0.25006600

Hope you don't mind - Like any good shopkeeper with a product that hasn't moved: I've changed the site price to $18K BTC Buy it Now price on our site for one of the R5/R6 miners.

I wouldn't even complain if you went as low as 8-12k with current BTC prices/difficulty.

yeah 10k works or even 8k in btc works (must be sent out to us quickly)

the paypal /ebay thing  was so fast I am not sure we ever really could have made that deal come together.

but I am still able to do ebay with skrill payments and no paypal - ebay.  I am also allowed to say any item over 15k takes 90 days to clear and will be a 90 day delay.  thus I prefer BTC .  but selling 1 knc is not going to be a 15k sale.  we need a dZcoop member to set up a skrill account for ebay.  fast payment with skrill is under 15k .  it would be  a good tool for the coop to have. if we ever want to drop the hammer on a big ebay sale and force payment in btc.

Also, I'm sorry master of digits, but I didn't see your Dec. 9 msg. and I apologize that one of the other co-op leaders didn't cover this. No excuse, but there's about 50+ threads I've started or been a major part of, I have about 90 pages of PMs, and we get hundreds of site support tickets because BTC mining interest has taken off. It's no excuse, but honestly, shit happens. I've also been super busy meeting investors and company founders, on top of my day job to get you guys these deals.

An important note: we didn't need a unanimous decision but a majority decision, which we did get. When we did have a majority vote I listed this on the auctions forum, our site, and authorized philipma1957 (and any other co-op member with high ebay ratings) to list this on ebay *if* they could set it up in such a way that we don't get screwed by PayPal.

Democracy can move slowly sometimes but I'll tell you about the difficult balancing act that I, personally, have to walk as one of the co-op leader/founders. Even I can't move quickly in some things, when it comes to dealing with other people's BTC or hardware.

In a democracy, not everyone is going to be happy all of the time. We *really*, *really* needed to make sure that we wouldn't get screwed over by a PayPal chargeback, which is the avenue which would've yielded the highest price...at the highest risk.

How would you feel if ebay/PayPal seized $26K of *your* funds for half a year because some person did an illegal chargeback on their PayPal shares that they purchased from -R-? He was doing this at no extra fee (sometimes even eating some of the Tx costs, without even charging any fees for his below cost GB shares, and that's how he gets re-paid. Lovely  Roll Eyes

One person ruined this payment method for everyone else and pissed off all of the co-op leaders to not want to do future business with ebay. I say it was an illegal chargeback because the scammer got *exactly* what was promised, it was delivered at below cost, made a profit off this, and anonymously is *still* receiving payouts! Yes, that still sticks in our collective craw, and this most accessible escrow/sales method is something we're not fond of with their high fees.

If there was an ebay chargeback, guess who would be footing the bill? It wouldn't be the co-op members that have already been paid out, that's for sure...

As for true escrow: we'd love to team up with escrow pros. True escrow with licensing and bonding requirements is an expensive proposition.
