- your wallet balance is different from your account balance - you will not be able to recognize this, so if loading smaller sum did not help, contact support ([email protected]) - we will check everything and correct.

Also, our developers promised to improve the blockchain fee calculation, so you should see less errors of that type in future.

In any case, if anything is not working as supposed or you just have some questions, or need clarification, feel free to email support (do not forget to copy-paste refID if you have it), or send me PM (please include your email address linked to E-Coin, an ferID).

Small addition: this is regarding Maximum Amount button work. In the meantime, please enter the amount manually (just a bit less than you have on your balance) - it should pass though fine.

Nope, just my tried entering my accounts balance or any number below it. Right now I tried this max amount thing too - immediately giving the same Service unavailable error. Tried Chrome, Firefox, several mobile browsers too...

I faced the same issue as the TS. I guess they'll fix it and stuff but kind of inappropriate for a financial institution to ignore emails and have that much downtime/issues.

Your post looks like shit, I can't understand a single part of what you wrote.
They are having bank problems if you read what the customer service rep posted on the thread, but let's be honest you probably don't understand English. Use a better translator and STOP putting spaces every sentence because it's annoying and no one can read it. It's not a scam yet, so just be patient.

This is how using curacy exchange works. And your traction is to TRADE BTC for EUR. Most places offering this say it can take up to 48 hours to do the traction, particularly at peek times if any step is manual at all.

I have this happen all the time with an FX Broker I use BTC with. Between the time I do the transfer and receive the credit in both direction (in or out) the price of BTC changes. Some times it is against me and other times in my favor.

While you may feel scamed, you actually want it to work this way. Because if they do PRICE fix they eat the loss, or receive the gain. If they eat to many losses in the interest of customer service they go broke and fail. Where if they always give you SPOT at time of completed transaction all is sound.

As for "..already contacted one of my lawyers and his opinion is that its some weird type of financial scam." Is this "lawyer" experienced in BTC and conversion of curacy?

ou can prove their service & customer service are really bad. But, that's not enough to prove they are scammer.

You hire a lawyer & he really knows about "exchange rate" scam tricks, but is he know about bitcoin very well?
