REALLY PAYING NOW this means you did not pay anybody that did the job in the first round, the only thing under heaven that can make any reasonable person to participate in your new job is if you are able to send some funds to the escrow otherwise your net shall only attract those that were ignorant of your first actions.
In my opinion post like this one are only useful to rank up your account here in the forum and earn money through campaigns.
