What does it take for a post to be approved? (something clear, "quality" is a cliché).

Op why you want to limit yourself like that? Just create something like signature campaign for your new forum and you will gain from it. Limiting this service to one post won't bring you much.
There is not registration process sir .. We approved very quickly if the post is good enough ...yes right now we allow one per user we will need more and we will again all same user to post but new ways ...
As we nee article on who you can make BTC ..we don't need exposure right now ..once we have good amount of post with more possibility of earning BTC then we will run signature camping
