To answer your question,
BadBear doesn't seem really friendly towards signature campaigns. Nor is the reest of the mods.

Here's a thread I made wich he replied to. I think it's relevant because it's about sig campaigns in general even though he doesn't speak specificaly about ritz. He doesn't seem to like pay-per-post campaigns, ritz hosts one of them.

A lot of users were banned yesterday. Some I felt may have been harsh but some were definitely justifiable. And I'm not sure if it was mprep doing the banning but Badbear (or maybe others). I'm not sure why Ritzgrandcasino would be banned though and that's the first I've heard of it.
