I'm not sure that the correlation is as tight as you suggest. It would be interesting to devise a scientific way to study it. I can think of a few ideas.

Incorrect. He is the highest paying because the rate for the top tier would be the same with a maximum amount of posts remaining at 3000. You do realize that the forum was not intended for this?
