I also don't think that there is a need for extra effort (creating a forum) when the current existing chat platform has already accommodated the tasks for community communication. Imagine, creating a forum needs an admin and moderator. The casino needs to hire another set of people or add an extra workload to their existing staff. But I don't think it's a bad this idea of opening this internal forum. If hunnyplay has the ability to maintain it then I think it would be good to take such initiative. However, the activity in this type of internal forum will be very low from the start but if you keep in mind the long-run, it will be seen with that this internal forum is playing a big role for the development of the casino site.
