There no special service as such,maybe you can start a similar service nearby your area.As far as I know ,people do rent digital goods for bitcoins but physical goods as big as car I doubt.What if the buyer runs away with your car ? Also if you can advertise you might just find a tenant to rent your house for bitcoins.
Not every one has a bitcoin to pay the rental,it's much better to rent it and make people pay on fiat there are a lot of sites now that you can buy bitcoin,by doing this you have will have a large market,not only those bitcoin holder,you can also accept credit card or paypal then exchange it to bitcoin..
I think the most straight forward way is to collect the rental in cash, and then purchase the amount of bitcoin you want from exchanges.

I don't know of a website like that, but would you mind sharing what country you're in? It matters a great deal to the question you're asking. If you were in the US there are a number of places where you can advertise such things--Craigslist and many others, and I'm sure they're operating in other countries as well.
