Links don't get approved if they are lacking of a clear description, title, and if they have submitted the links with https:// in front of their addresses.

Also, only Bitcoin related websites are accepted.

With a minimum of 10 websites approved, you are able to request for payments.

Approvals should not take longer than 3 hours.

Yes you are allowed to submit websites that you do not own or are not related to in anyway.

However, when you are requesting for a payout, you MUST follow the format and inform us if you are in any way related to the websites you have submitted.

Yes it is absolutely alright for you to submit websites that are not your own as long as they are related to Bitcoins.
