Your audiences are not targetted because you have to pay them to stream your channel I don't know if there is a violation here I hope there is none because your channel is publicly visible for your competitors to report, it's much better to create a telegram channel for your subscribers for an announcement, another question is can you keep this up, still much better to find loyal subscribers who are interested in your content, once you stop paying your audiences also disappear.
This is kinda like some data farming in a way... What they gain from this might be your mobile telephone number (linked to Telegram) and your Bitcoin address with the whole Blockchain trail behind it and also your personal information linked to your Twitch account. 
Let's see in a week ...how many people got paid for this, because it will be interesting to see if it actually pays.

Does that mean you can't monitor the followers watching the live stream? So how can it be fair for the participants to be paid correctly? There is no feature of something like watched history, so we can say what and how many hours we watched. So what do we have to do to prove that we are watching a live stream, screenshots, or screen recording? Hi, I would like to join. My Twitch Username is: 'Melloiga'. I don't use Telegram. So, for communication you have to send me a PM and allow receiving PM from newbies in your Inbox. But I also have the same concerns as others. What if your channel gets taken down due to the violation of Twitch's TnC? Also, $0.25/hour seems a bit less, mind bumping it to at-least $0.50/hour? Kindly, provide a time including the timezone during the stream is usually active. Thanks!
