From what i see i don't think this site was even made by them its most likely a modified template.
The js's are the same you see on alot of stuff made by shield development.

I'm encouraging my customers to post here, most of them don't have bitcointalk accounts. I'm switching it to another forum, so you won't have to worry about it any more. Thought this site would appreciate me sending them new members.

This forum just doesn't trust brand new websites. Give us actual proof of these vouchers, or allow some sort of audit of your site.

When I get an order, or someone earns a free voucher, I create them and send them. I don't keep a stock of vouchers, I'm very confused by you.
