I don't really get this... Who is paying for us to tag addresses?
You should explain how can anyone win BTC with this...
Ok I can add maptags with my fried's addresses but for what purpose?

His theory is that you'd take a tag like "amazon," so that the URL is mapta.gs/amazon, and then when Amazon wants to use that tag, they'd buy it from you.

The issue is this system is more convoluted than it should be, and everything it does is already done by other systems.

So for earn some BTC we need to sell the domain to demand/buyer right?
so in this case we need to promote the link/address which we have already shorten right? actually who pays us?
First make clear it is not a domain it is just a maptags to your address. Second you may or may not need to promote it if it is some premium or special word, someone might buy it from you

Sorry, i means short link.
actually how to make someone to buy a maptags from me? i need to share my maptags? so if i share it, people know the address for free Huh
but what as far as i see is this business is try to sell a premium name of short link on maptags, is not it?

I believe you can change the address to the tags. So you can use "Amazon" and link it to a dummy address. Then if Amazon bought it, they could point it wherever they want. I think that's the theory, at least.
Exactly

Is this maptag something like hashtag? If yes the idea behind it is good but the possibility of making money from it depends on the exposure of your maptag which inturns rely completely on the ability of the website owner to do serious seo, more traffics will definitely leads to more money.
In conclusion it is possible to make money with this.

Yes, and who would pay is who (if anyone) wanted to buy that link.

Did I say you can win BTC with this ?
you can sell it for anything including hard cash and also for btc.
Address is not important,it is the word or words (you can use numbers too) you use to tag it is what that matters.Suppose you tag your friend or your own address with number 1 now your address on maptags would be mapta.gs/1 it will save you typing long address everytime you want someone  to tell it.

So in other terms, we will give a domain name that other businesses can use for their own website? Am I correct?
You will give name to your maptags.Other business es or individuals may buy it from you if it interest them.It has nothing to do with domain I used that analogy to explain how it will work.

We are still confused on what kind of 'maptags' is this. I even read the FAQ on your site and still I can't clearly understand what is it. Huh

Looks like interesting, but it's little bit confused about how can earn money, actually earn btc right? i see on this page: http://mapta.gs/site/howitswork it's looks like you can earn money from short link address and people who visited your short link, you will earn some money, is not it?
No.but yes if you sell your maptags to someone who wants to shorten one's lengthy address. The project is in its initial stage and there are many maptags words available to create.Once every maptags is taken, people will buy premium or special maptags from those who own it

Okay then I have to ask that who will do the marketings. How can "Apple" recognise these maptags?

More importantly, why would Apple even care?

Yeah, I'm not seeing why this has any value whatsoever. There's no reason to even use the service -- if people want to use a map to find places, they'll use Google Maps or some variant thereof that is specific to their niche. Having random tags doesn't have any functional benefit.
All your questions are answered here http://mapta.gs/maptags/ptc wouldn't it be better to visit faq section of the site instead of everyone asking a different questions here most of which have already been answered on the site itself
