Do you think its the world first fully on-chain BJ game definitely not, a lot of players on the EOS ecosystem already have or had their fully functional on-chain blackjack game, But Earnbet will always be good with their UI and it's not important who brings first only who did it best is all matters.

Actually I think it is the first, the ones I know of in the EOS ecosystem have blackjack but not 100% on-chain. They have some sort of off-chain deposit mechanism. They just put a scatter login at the front, so it looks like a 100% dApp, but than if you want to play Blackjack you need to deposit first, from there its not on-chain anymore.

By the way they just posted a message about Bitboy Crypto doing a review... the start of marketing ramping up? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpGBb8VBrjY Hope to see more of this. I also saw a banner up at https://coinmarketcal.com few days back. Not the biggest, but gotta start somewhere. Lets get it on CMC and Coingecko Cheesy

Umm, when did the login change? I have been logged out and can now login only with scatter that i don't even have? Wasn't there a seed i could login with?

What bothered me the most about earnbet is that they are making these HUGE decisions all by themselves without ever consulting to the token holders. Whats the point of owning a certain percentage of a website if you have zero say in what that casino is doing?

I used to have a lot of bet tokens which I sold in 2019 thankfully and will never buy again until earnbet shows some remorse, but when I owned bet token they moved from eosbet to earnbet, they moved from eos to wax, they have added new games and had a roadmap of blackjack as well, like what do I have to do to throw my hat in the ring and provide my suggestions as well? If earnbet team can change the website however they want and do whatever they want with it, whats the point of having just tokens for dividends only?

Token holders are not the shareholders of the Earnbet, do you think they took this huge decision without thinking about the impact of it.? I'm not a supporter or hater of earnbet. Tronbet also changed its name to Wink. The reason may be to be a crypto casino rather than an EOS casino. Resource cost is the reason for their move from EOS to WAX which in turn reduces their operation cost result in increased profitability thereby the dividend. The BET tokens intend only for the dividend not more than that as far as I know. I don't hold any BET or any of the casino tokens for the information.

Yeah it sure isn't the same. The decentralization part is only meant for the backend of the casino (the blockchain) to prove the casino is 100% fair (which it is). That does not mean the company and therefore the governance is decentralized as well. I'm sure that if it was earnbet would have gotten nowhere if that were the case since there would have been to many misfits owning the BET tokens that probably have no idea what it takes to run a business let alone a casino.

They did express on Telegram that they have plans to involve the community (BET holders) more in the future with DAO like features. My guess is some voting system or something. But that will still not be 100% DAO probably.

Nice!!! Finally my favorite game is here  Grin Grin looks good! Love how it's 100% on-chain, unlike other so called dApps that aren't dApps just because they accept crypto or have a scatter login front.

I don't want to be too critical of the website because the system is actually cool, what they set out to do in the beginning was an amazing idea and I can't really blame the idea for what has gone wrong with the website so far.

It just shows the world that even tho it looks "decentralized" there is nothing decentralized about this place at all, if it was truly decentralized then the team wouldn't have all this power to even change the name of it let alone change something as bizarre as the blockchain of it. I mean at this point they can do whatever they want with the website and bet token holders have no power or say in it, why would people really want to continue investing if they know that they are not the owners and website could be ruined by the real owners at any moment?

I think that the main point in the word decentralization is to be provable in the blockchain.
"Player-Owned Casino" -claim on the other hand must come from the shared dividends imho and it's misleading because it hints about this being decentralized autonomous organization and i don't think such casino even exist yet. But in short: I agree. Players do not own this casino, and it's a weird claim and even weirder that it still says like that on the topic.

@GP if you want to criticize this casino, try to write a quality article like this:

Like @TwitchySeal said, price decline from ATH is irrelevant. BET price could go to the moon, but it still can be a scam and vice versa. Remember Bitconnect?

I used to have a lot of bet tokens which I sold in 2019
Usually, bagholders would keep silent about issues of their investment, but you managed to stay neutral. Respect man!
It's easier for me to be neutral as I'm only a "pundit." To be honest, I'm not really that interested in this casino anymore after they move to the WAX chain.

I'll comment again if they manage to stay in this business and show good progress.

EarnShit is an investment scam because they false and misleading claim to have made 5 million USD profit within the first year, but this is totally impossible with 50% more rake like competitors and shitty games selection and shitty marketing! Roll Eyes

The fact that they had an 85% fall from their ATH is irrelevant.

The fact that you've been harping on that for months without being able to actually articulate what it is you are accusing them of suggests you are pretty clueless when in comes to the world of icos and alt-coins.   It is possible to have a curacao license, or have no license, and not be a scam.

Is ETH issued by an illegal online casino?

If not, it does not make any sense to compare ETH with the BET fantasy token (you can not use to bet Cheesy).

Cheesy That's not how value of an asset is measured. With your ATH measuringe logic we have done much better then most of the top currencies out there. Eth is -91.1% from ath. So maybe stop scamming people.

It also seems like you are reading the chart wrong, and also maybe your calendar.  You know it's Jan 2020 right?
Still on drugs?

It is not my calendar, it is the cryptorank.io calendar! Roll Eyes

You really think that ATH vs biggest drop all time is sign of it being a scam?

Have you tried looking at any other currency?

Did you really post a fake SS?

Do you think ETH is a scam too?

Open source doesn't refer to a chart of their history.  It means they made their source code public:  https://gitlab.com/EOSBetCasino/eosbetdice_public
