They have "various channels in telegram" for that, I am saying in website chats not the telegram version. They should make some sort of "leveling" where the more you chat the more house edge you will get, that way they can remove that 1.5% horrible house edge as well and get people to chat on the website chat as well.
Have 5-10 different language chats, have people write there, the more messages they send the less house edge they get and it reaches to 1% in the end when you message in the chat too much and that way they will be able to both get more people involved in the chat AND drop the house edge to a normal place. These things should not be really too hard to figure out, they NEED to do this to get the casino more liked by the public, why am I realizing this and a whole team that makes thousands of dollars from this can't.
On their page or in their telegrams? That's a weird way to incentivize people. I am more for the rain. People who chat there aren't necessarily the right target audience to get more whales in. The real gamblers don't waste their time for complex chatting / reward ratio anyway. They just look for the house edges from sites that review them and pick from those.

When the publicly proven BetKing scam failed on bitcointalk.org, it also continued to find victims on Telegram until it finally closed scamming investors!
This thread is about Eosbet, not Betking. Please at least try to keep on the topic, even if it's just a fud about the subject. I understand it must be hard with all the allegations you got going but make an effort.
