Listing will come, whenever it comes... I guess they want a good exchange, but at the same time being a casino isn't something most exchanges are fond of. So they probably will have to jump to a lot of hoops.
Or maybe they want to list after all BET has been distributed to kind of limit the PnD potential like most other casino's had. After all tokens have been distributed which will take some time, the casino must be a lot bigger by than, more games, more alt coins acceptance, more features ect. Marketing taken care of ect. ect. that should limit the amount of PnD potential as now it's still a lot of speculation. That is the issue, they are acting as if this is a B2B business when it is not, they are always looking for investors or big promotions and going to events and all that, they add new coins and add new games and all that but where the hell is the marketing? Where is the signature campaign, where is the social media campaign? Where is the big promotion of "less house edge for a week" type of deal. They need to do B2C marketing and they need to do it asap. Or maybe they want to list after all BET has been distributed to kind of limit the PnD potential like most other casino's had. As far as I know there is no signature campaign which as a crypto casino in bitcointalk is unacceptable, any casino with self respect would have a decent signature campaign in this, hell you don't even have to pay them with btc or eos, you can pay them with bet token if you want and would cost you nothing. Going to events and conferences will not make this place bigger, signature campaigns would cost you less for short term and would have a much bigger impact.
Although the promotion stuff you talked about are typical for such a business it is always down to the team and who is in charge of it. There is little point in trying to do the marketing every one else does if the person at the top wants something different. Though, it does beg the question as to way aren't these points addressed ...

That would allow people to buy BET from someone but not outside wallets so it will remain in circulation. It wouldn't affect anything because there isn't a market yet but someone who can buy millions of BET will have a bigger share of dividends.
$42K is life, I would love to spend it on a lovely island for a month. Sadly its too difficult to win it.

Yeah some sort of 'make it rain' feature would be nice! Specially when some whale just won like 10k or something and wants to share maybe a tip of 50 for example with current logged in chatters... Or maybe at random intervals EOSBet could do some sort of bonus through that system as well.

Why would they do it? Once all the tokens have been distributed, it will remain the same casino, with a reasonable functioning, which will grant dividends to the token holders, etc.
When it's over, they will have listed your token and you can also buy / sell them in the open market. You can still bet like any other casino (but it is likely that they are fair and open your code ect.)

What intrigues me is that on their faq they said that they were researching a possibility to add usdt. I haven't seen any casinos using that.

Token have not all been distributed there's still 35% of them left to go around, but I agree that with more platform development token listing on exchanges at least in part would become more attainable than otherwise.

They told that they could list it when ever they wanted. But one exchange asked them that they would not list yet.
