I'd have to toss my vote to #bitcoin-otc as well. It's how I've exchanged all my currencies. I've traded nearly 700 LR in one transaction, and numerous minor transactions of BTC with no problems. AND I've been accepting Paypal for the exchanges. The web of trust really holds up.

#bitcoin-otc is also good for this on the freenode irc.  Small amounts are traded all the time and you can see peoples trust ratings from previous trades.  It's a little weird to get set up at first, but once you figure stuff out, i think it is the best way to trade ANY amount of btc.

Selling small amounts of bitcoins isn't what it used to be ever since CoinCard shut down. But you can contact BitcoinExchange, who offers his services in this thread.

I just started mining this week.  Have about 5BTC.  I'd like to cash it out just to see how it works.

I read there was a service like coinpal or whatever that was shut down.

Whats currently the easiest way to cash out small amounts for money or gift cards, or prepaid credit/debit cards?

Thanks!
