The op has not posted any other post in this thread till now confirming any payment sent to those who have done it. I understand that the account has a considerable rank and no one would ruin the reputation of such rank so easily. However, the account might get hacked sometimes To do this I need a payment proof first at least.

It is already too late to call them an ico scam because they have already completed a successful ico and people's funds are with them but on the second note, why are they trying to buy an upvote instead of working towards progress?

Dude, he's offering 10 cents. That's not enough money for as much time as you'd spend on this regardless of what country you're in. Can't believe people actually do this shit.
