I believe the easiest way is the Eoslynx app
All you do is download and pay 1$ using your debit card
Or better still use imtoken wallet to generate eos easily

Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to get a fully functional EOS wallet for free. The developers themselves made it that way. You need to pay some charges to have your wallet created. EOSLynx happens to be the one with the least charges from my research and it offers a simple yet secure EOS wallet. You can check it. If you find a free wallet on the Internet, it most likely might be a scam so it is is better you get yourself a good and highly recommended wallet.
Is there an easy way to create an EOS account? I mean, of course I can DMOR and read those longass tutorials but shouldn't it be a little easier in the first place?
