Possible updates in DNS are changes in the domain registrar, hosting or whois data. None of these changes are made in regular maintenance. They are certainly not "technical difficulties". We can speculate, but the timing for those updates is very strange.
Just a day earlier, they published DOGS direction available on their platform

The article was last updated on September 19, 2024^[1], and this date appears at the bottom of https://www.finalexchange.de/en, so the service was discontinued sometime before September 19. I don't know how EasySwap.biz managed to do it, but if they return as a dark web service, they may not be welcome here.

I know there is no way for me to prove that, but take note that if that is the case, it can affect the reputation of your service in this forum. It is better to get good recommendations from users because they used the service and liked it, and not from shillers that were paid to say good things only.
