Most people just eat anything that comes their way, some of the problems we have are whant we eat, We have to  exercise and eat healthy and stop alcohol, some of us what we eat is root cause of our health problem. I had to consult several nutritionist and dietitians to learn what healthy eating actually mean, most people think they are eating healthy but they aren’t.
Eating food is one thing and eating healthy is another thing but the state of the country sef na one thing wey make so many people sef no dey eat better food sef , although even if we manage sef some of the requirements and combo wey fit give us that required nutrition value sef dey very hard to arrange am.

There is a scientific fact that says our body structure and health status is dependent on the food we eat aside factors like family trait and from birth issues. So it's left for you to decide whether to eat healthy or eat whatever comes your way. But as Nigerian we know how things be, them no need to tell us say your feeding level is directly proportional to your earnings. Most persons dey struggle to survive and them buy what they can afford so how you wan take explain give that kind person make e eat healthy when money no dey? E go be like say, you dey speak Chinese for the person ear. Fo that part of alcohol, that one I no follow at all, na so you go see persons wey never  hop food, Dem go just enter Kaiaki store start to dey drink as early as 5:00AM  when people still dey sleep, no be juju be that,and the worst thing na besay, that person fit no get wattin to chop that morning but e ready to spend em last cash for ogogoro/shyoo

I think this topic is more of off- topic than our thread here. Well, almost everyone loves to eat well but the economy doesn't enable that sometimes. For someone to feed well in this country, you will almost spend all your salary unless you are paid high at work. Feeding alone takes more that 70% off our earnings as food are so expensive. And with this 70%, you may not even feed well. Nevertheless, I will recommend a balanced meal even if it small.

Don't forget here is a local board where other topic like this are existing...
Not taking good care of our eating routine is not different from being our best enemy... Healthy born first then every other thing. Health is wealth
