Looks like an obvious scam, you should really think of what escrow you will use and put some other information(starting bid, more proofs that this account isn't scammed etc.) and than you can re-do this auction.

Are you aware that Ebay accts cant be transferred, and that in 1-2 months the bay security algos will detect a change in adress patterns, equipment, behaviour and data, and will ban the account, right?
