That CEO like others have been incredibly two-faced about Bitcoin because he says one thing then his company does all kinds of crap to the people who actually want to trade it, at least with guys like Peter Schiff we know he did it purely for business reasons, companies are going to have to switch to Bitcoin just to be competitive.

This party is getting heated up fast, and some of us could use more time to prepare.
If only I hadn't have sold so cheap in 2012....

The flood of great news is amazing, what will the next few weeks be like?

I am in the same boat. I feel selfish saying this but I would not mind if it slowed down just a tiny bit. I have only had bit coin since March of this year.

It's fine since we will have some sort of collapse event later  Grin
Honestly I hope not but knowing how our bubbles are there will be some sort of trigger either that or we could start a whole new topic on will this be the last bubble to mainstream adoption of bitcoin.

Maybe I'm missing something but it would seem that ebay accepting btc would lead to a lot more spending than purchacing... would be interesting to see short term and long term price projections.

What do you mean?
People would buy Bitcoin, that's definite.

When the discussions stop and action begin, then I will let the excitement rage out of control...till then, meh

You are missing half the fun. The roller coaster of excitement followed by disappointment followed by excitement is every bit coiners birthright.  Grin

I don't use E-Bay, but I find it amazing how first Dish, and than E-Bay. Other companies are thinking about it as well. I think Amazon even fired up about it.

Even as though govts across the board are becoming more oppressive in different ways, it's still a great time to be alive and rage against the machine w/ crypto. Everything seems to be snowballing on past events and the biggest things have yet to happen. Shocked

And the bit coin was running laps before these governments even put their shoes on. They will clumsily try to catch up but this train has left the station.

This is huge news. We might as well go ahead and price in as if PayPal has integrated bitcoin payments!
