Can anyone from the community explain to me this Ebay "Virtual currency policy". It is preventing me from selling.

If you have successfully sold on ebay, can you let me know how to do it properly.
Also, why do you think ebay would ban the sale of funded crypto items? Could this be a form of suppression in the market?
