The e-book explains to you how to make VCC's and sell them. This is EXACTLY what the e-book does. The cards can be funded indeed with a minimum of $10 so sell VCC's with minimum $10 balance. The statement that my e-book is not working is not true as it does exactly what my sales thread says: Teaches you how to make VCC's so you can open your VCC shop.
No refund as my e-book does what it says and my sales thread is very clear on what i'm selling.
Try to sell some VCC's on various forums and you'll be ok.
