I believe they are close to getting the casino license since they have already started a new thread in the gambling section and are actively answering any questions related to the 0% house edge

this will not happen because it's a gambling token, and because they have a sort of lottery to pay out dividends, and Poloniex doesn't allow this

Mostly Poloniex does not add gambling related tokens and there is no history of any gambling based tokens ever listed on Polo.May be we can see it on kraken and that too is not clear at the moment.

Trading sites are more concern on the volume so they can make money, as long as there is no hindrance
